The single biggest shocks on this journey of wellness have been how weak I’ve become. It’s almost mind blowing that I have not retained the strength I once had. I feel like an unmolded clump of clay that has no definition. Everything has to be sculpted from scratch.
I was really under the impression I just need to make some changes and be a bit more active and everything would come together nicely. Now I realize this is going to a be a more difficult process.
The first step I need to do is get stronger. So, I’m undertaking a fourteen-day primer for bodyweight fitness that should assist me in my goal.
I will also continue my daily squats, stretching, and whatever other exercise comes to me. I’ll continue walking at work and moving around the house a bit more.
