Overnight Oats – Round Two

In Brandy’s second attempt at making overnight oats, she leaned into something I love: apple pie. She stewed up some apples, was generous with the cinnamon, and even snuck some chai seeds and yogurt in it.

The apples created a texture that made the oats go down so much easier. It’s still not my favorite thing in the world, but I could get used to eating this. It’s by far the best oatmeal I’ve ever had.
