Progress Update – 1

I was walking to my car earlier and I was reflecting on how much progress I’ve made over the past month in regard to my health.

-I’ve significantly increased the amount of fiber I eat everyday
-I’ve consistently stretched almost daily
-I’ve been doing light exercise every two-three days
-I’ve stopped drinking caffeine after 12:30 PM
-I’ve increased my water intake
-I’ve begun therapy
-I’ve created a men’s support group
-I’ve eaten salad several times a week
-I’ve slowly implemented overnight oats to replace my unhealthy morning snacks.
-I’ve increased my protein intake.
-I’ve disciplined myself enough to start counting calories and documenting this journey on this blog.

It’s not all perfect, but things are moving in the right direction.
